The Minds Behind the Architecture.
Behind TheoQuest is a team of researchers and analysts from the world’s leading institutions, dedicated to putting human behaviour back at the centre of data.
Drawing on deep foundations in psychology, quantitative evaluation and data auditing, we bridge the gap between empirical discovery and practical execution to design behavioural architecture. Through these evidence-based, human-centred strategies, we empower leaders to de-risk high-stakes decisions, optimise user experiences, protect structural equity and enable organisations to thrive.

Sabine Y.
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
Sabine is a research specialist who looks at the numbers to understand the human story underneath. With over a decade of international experience spanning the academic, healthcare and non-profit sectors, she brings a deep understanding of psychological research methods to organisations, helping leadership teams move past assumptions, evaluate hidden patterns and build workplace cultures designed for real people.
Her current doctoral research at the University of Cambridge centres on women’s health, specifically looking at how lifestyle choices, pregnancy and motherhood interact with physical health, cognitive functioning and psychological wellbeing. By building fully digital, computerised tasks and large-scale online studies for this and previous projects, she has extensive experience designing research that prioritises user experience, transparency and high participant trust; this enables clients and partners to receive highly reliable, high-fidelity data that provides clear behavioural insights.
Throughout her career in institutional, public health and charity research settings, Sabine has managed complex, mixed-methods research projects from initial conception through to final analysis and reporting. She has a proven track record of designing empirical surveys, managing extensive datasets with thousands of variables and executing the advanced quantitative data analysis required for longitudinal impact evaluations. Whether she is auditing existing organisational frameworks or tracking the long-term effectiveness of behavioural interventions, her focus is always on translating research findings into practical, respectful changes that actually impact people.
At TheoQuest, Sabine channels this background into helping clients bridge the gap between human psychology and organisational success. Driven by an aspiration to make behavioural insights approachable, useful and profoundly human, Sabine ensures that every project TheoQuest delivers helps organisations value, understand and bring out the best in their people.

Georgios A.
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
Georgios is a research specialist who works across the fields of health, psychology, biology and lifestyle data. With an international research footprint spanning Europe and the United States, his work focuses on uncovering the hidden links between physical wellbeing, lifestyle patterns and mental health, providing the empirical foundation needed to understand and support diverse populations.
His current doctoral research at the University of Edinburgh investigates the impact of nutrition on symptoms of depression and anxiety in early adolescence. Georgios utilises national, massive, complex datasets to model how biopsychosocial factors and lifestyle patterns interact with psychological outcomes. His research provides insights into public health policies and practical, preventative interventions that support community-focused wellbeing.
Throughout his career, Georgios has specialised in advanced quantitative analysis and large-scale data modelling. He has extensive experience navigating multi-variable demographic datasets, executing cross-sectional evaluations and translating multi-disciplinary health data into clear, trustworthy patterns. Dedicated to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion, Georgios excels at ensuring that research and community frameworks are built on data that reflects and respects diverse human experiences.
At TheoQuest, Georgios channels his background into evaluating the long-term impact of health and wellness initiatives, transforming population data into practical strategies that promote organisational success. Based in the United States, Georgios serves as TheoQuest’s primary point of contact for North American clients and international research partnerships.

Sara R.
Learning & Engagement Partner
Sara combines advanced cognitive psychology with human-centred leadership to design and deliver high-impact learning experiences. With an extensive background spanning developmental science, education and community access, her work focuses on how individuals process, retain and engage with information. She uses these insights to translate complex scientific theories into accessible, practical toolkits that empower teams to thrive.
Her current doctoral research at the University of Cambridge investigates the systemic emergence of episodic memory in early childhood. By designing custom computerised experiments and analysing developmental data, her research uncovers the foundational mechanics of human learning and cognition. Alongside her academic milestones, Sara holds a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management. This dual expertise equips her with a rare ability to bridge the gap between rigorous psychological science and effective, compassionate corporate training.
Throughout her career across university research and public-advocacy sectors, Sara has managed a wide range of collaborative learning and research projects. She has extensive experience in synthesising literature and translating scientific subject matter into highly engaging training materials. As a fluent speaker of British Sign Language (BSL) and a dedicated advocate for inclusive spaces, she brings deep-seated expertise in designing training and communications that are fundamentally accessible to people of all cognitive profiles and backgrounds.
At TheoQuest, Sara leads the design and delivery of bespoke workshops, training sessions and interactive educational frameworks. Dedicated to creating high-impact learning experiences, she ensures that every session genuinely connects with people, elevates team capability and fosters a deeply inclusive environment where individuals can unlock their full potential.
